This page looks very different than you are used to seeing on other builders' websites…for a very simple reason. Ashley builds one-of-a-kind residences specifically designed for your family — one at a time, the way they were meant to be built. Unlike production builders, we have no large 'home communities' to advertise. Nor do we display information or photos on homes that are currently under construction for private homebuilding clients.
We do, however, often partner with private investors, landowners and development companies, both large and small, on projects requiring our land development expertise, construction management services, or both. The homes that follow have been produced through such partnerships and are currently available for sale.
