Ashley’s founder and president, Neil Tabor, personally supervises the construction of every home the company builds. He works together with the architect, interior designer, and on-site superintendent to ensure the coordination of all the project team members. He conducts the initial site evaluation, oversees the design, estimating and value engineering processes, scheduling, construction and final completion of the home.
We are equally particular about our subcontractors, most of which we have worked with and relied upon for years. The same holds true for our vendors and suppliers. We work only with professionals who share our commitment to excellence.
At Ashley, you get the benefit of single-source responsibility. We stand behind all of the work performed by our contractors and subs. If any work on your home fails to meet our standards, Ashley will make sure it is immediately corrected or replaced. Each new home is also covered by a 10-year structural warranty provided through PWC ®.
